Honey Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup honey 🍯

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and honey.

  4. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. (Don't overmix!)
